CAVE TEMPLES PATHANKOT :- Situated midway between Shahpur Kandi and Dhar, these ancient caves are dug into the rock face that flanks the Ravi River near Doong. An unpaved path from the village leads to stone cut steps that go down to the cave entrance. These rock cut temples are said to be very ancient andare associated with the Pandavas; a long cleft in the rock a little way upthe river is known as Arjun's Chula.
SHAHPUR KANDI FORT PATHANKOT :- The Shahpur Kandi Fort, named after Shah Jahan, nestles on the banks of the Ravi River in the picturesque foothills of the Himalayas. Located on the outer periphery of Pathankot, it was built in the 16th century, and stands surrounded by outstanding natural beauty. A part of the fort functions as a rest house today.
